Please let your design team know that it is imperative that they do not design the artwork in CMYK as if they were to print utilizing the Offset Printing Process. The Offset Printing Process allows you to create all colors from the four-process colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). The Offset Printing Process works because the inks they use are transparent, meaning that if you lay down a square box of yellow ink and then put a matching size square box of cyan over it, you will end up with a beautiful green box.

However, we use the Screen Printing Process when producing your co-branded bottles. We do not use transparent inks. We use the exact opposite, opaque inks. If you do the above process (lay down a square box of yellow ink and then put a matching size square box of cyan over it), you will end up with a square box of cyan. The reason being that the inks are opaque and will not let the underlying ink or bottle color to shine through. It is what makes the bottle printing look so sharp and clean

Your artwork needs to be created with individual PMS colors. Do not expect overlying colors to create new colors or shades. The last color down will be the only color you will see. You can use tints of the PMS in areas where you want a light PMS 185 Red for example, but your artwork would need to be set up that way with the tint.

We do require a Vector Format File for your artwork to insure the best print production on your bottles. Vector graphics are file types that end in .SVG, .EPS, or .AI types of graphic file formats, and are intrinsically different from the more common raster graphics file formats such as .JPEG, .PNG, .APNG, .GIF, and .MPEG4. Vector art is ideal for printing since the art is made from a series of mathematical curves. It will print very crisply even when resized.
Yes, you can split a case quantity in half and have a different color bottle and cap for that half-case. For example, if you order 140 - 32oz Wide Mouth bottles that come 70 bottles per case, you can split that order into four different bottle and cap colors (35 bottles each). Please note that the artwork and ink colors need to be the same for all bottles, otherwise any change in either will cause the job to become two or more separate orders
Please see the attached Price List which will list the minimum order quantity per bottle style. It is also important to order by case quantity. For example, the Tritan 32oz Wide Mouth bottles come 70-bottles per case, so you will need to order in increments of 70 bottles (70, 140, 210, 280, 350, and so on), as opposed to the Tritan 16oz Narrow Mouth bottles that come 120-bottles per case, so you will need to order in increments of 120 bottles (120, 240, 360, 480, 600, and so on).
The most popular bottle style is the 32oz Wide Mouth Tritan bottle closely followed by the Narrow Mouth option.
